
Arts Leadership
As Executive Director of Theatre Saskatchewan Inc., Hope works to strengthen connections among theatre artists, organizations, volunteers, and communities across the province. Her leadership practice is grounded in collaboration, accessibility, organizational care, and the belief that strong arts infrastructure allows meaningful creative work to flourish.
Her experience includes member engagement, organizational administration, advocacy, communications, partnerships, volunteer coordination, festival production, public programming, and community-based arts leadership.

Executive Director
As Executive Director of Theatre Saskatchewan, Hope leads the organization’s work supporting theatre artists, companies, and communities across the province. Her responsibilities include member engagement, organizational administration, grants and partnerships, board relations, communications, advocacy, and the development of programs that strengthen Saskatchewan’s theatre sector.
Regina Little Theatre
Mainstage Producer and Board Member · 2022–2026
Hope oversaw three mainstage seasons and 15 full-length productions. Her work included season planning, budgeting, volunteer coordination, sponsorship, production oversight, and communication among artists, volunteers, and the board.
Government House Saskatchewan
Lead Visitor Experience Host · 2023–2026
Hope led a team of visitor experience hosts and supported staff training, historical interpretation, accessibility, public programming, and community outreach. Hope contributed to the research and development of Behind the Limelight, an exhibition exploring the history of theatre in Regina. The exhibition was presented at Government House Saskatchewan from May to September 2026.
Theatre Students Association
Co-President · University of Regina · 2021–2025
Hope helped rebuild student engagement following the pandemic and represented students through significant changes to the theatre programs. Her work included advocacy, events, administration, and student–faculty communication.

Centennial Playwriting Competition
Supported the development and celebration of new Saskatchewan writing through Regina Little Theatre’s centennial programming. 35 submissions were received from across Canada.

Theatre History Exhibit
Researched and interpreted Regina’s theatre history through public-facing exhibition and community storytelling. the exhibit "Behind The Limelight" was shown at Government House Saskatchewan May-September 2026.

Rebuilt participation, communication, and community within the University of Regina’s theatre student body.
